Our 3- Day Child Visitation Monitor Training Course equips future monitors with the skills to professionally and impartially supervise visitations. Aligned with the 2026 California Rules of Court Standard 5.20, this program meets all state requirements. Participants receive a recognized certificate of completion upon successful training.

To become a Child Visitation Monitor, you must:
Be at least 21 years old.
Have no DUI convictions in the past 5 years.
Have no probation or parole record in the past 10 years.
Have no history of child abuse or crimes against a person.
Provide proof of auto insurance (if transporting children).
Have no civil, criminal, or juvenile restraining orders in the past 10 years.
Be fluent in the language spoken by the supervised party and child (or provide a neutral interpreter).
Adhere to and enforce court orders regarding supervised visitation.
Provide secure supervision as required by the court
