To become a Child Visitation Monitor, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old.

• Have no DUI convictions in the past 5 years.

• Have no probation or parole record in the past 10 years.

• Have no history of child abuse or crimes against a person.

• Provide proof of auto insurance (if transporting children).

• Have no civil, criminal, or juvenile restraining orders in the past 10 years.

• Be fluent in the language spoken by the supervised party and child (or provide a neutral interpreter).

• Adhere to and enforce court orders regarding supervised visitation.

• Provide secure supervision as required by the court
